Delivery and Returns

We aim to dispatch all items ordered before 12pm, the same day.  Orders made after 12pm will be despatched the following working day. However, delays may occur sometimes due to stock shortage or delays in postal or courier services. If an item is likely to be out of stock for more than 3 working days we will notify you via email.

(Please Note: Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days).

In the UK orders are sent by first-class mail; for destinations outside the UK we use the international small packet service.

If you have not received your goods within 10 days of the date of your order please contact us via e-mail with your order number:

Please remember that, especially for overseas orders, that it can take up to 15 working days for your goods to arrive.

We would ask you to contact your local sorting office before making contact with us.

If you fail to inform us that you have not received your order within one month of the order date and your order status is shipped we will not resend or refund the order.

Orders over £100 + VAT

It is our practice, where orders are over £100 in value excluding delivery, for the security of our customer and ourselves, to send packages on a “signed for” or “international signed for” basis depending upon the delivery location relative to the UK either by Royal Mail or courier at our discretion.

If this applies to your order, you will not be able to take delivery of your goods without signing for them on delivery. We will also be able to track delivery of the package once it has left us, which, as you will appreciate, is a fraud protection measure which further safeguards both our customers and ourselves.

We will bear the extra cost of this form of delivery.

Once the package has been signed for at the delivery address you have specified, it will be deemed to have been successfully delivered. If delivery is attempted unsuccessfully because there is nobody at the address to sign for it, it will be returned to your local mail sorting office, where it may be picked up, (also requiring on signing for it) or the courier will leave instructions concerning re-delivery.

Please note that your credit/debit card authorization will incorporate a check that the card is registered at the address you have given us and to the name you have given us. Assuming this is successful, we will then dispatch your goods.

Goods may sometimes be dispatched in more than one package due to weight restrictions. If this is the case for your package, each package will be appropriately labeled e.g. “1 of 2” or “2 of 2“ etc.
